I can link devices such as phones, and an iPad which indicates to me the Bluetooth card is fine, and the fact that I can link the mouse to another computer shows the mouse works too. Versions of the driver from Dell, all compatibility settings. I thought, maybe it could be the fact that it was once paired to a device that had the same MAC and pairing codes. I have paired the mouse with another computer that has Bluetooth capability and found that will pair, and work perfectly. Prior to this, the mouse worked fine with no issues using the same drivers as I have now. The recent change I have made to the system, is a re-install of the Windows 8 OS. When I then go into "Devices and Printers" the mouse is sound when searching for the device, but when I click to connectĪfter a short pause, the message "Try again, and make sure the mouse is still discoverable." My issue is that when I place the mouse in discovery mode by holding the button underneath, the lights flash green and red as expected. I've installed the latest broadcom driver for the Bluetooth device, as well as being able to pair other devices.
I am currently having an issue around being able to pair the mouse with my laptop.
